Hello, Cartoon Cliff Cartoon Cliff Bentz here and I was born in November of 2025. My cartoon purpose in cartoon life is to translate Congressman Cliff Bentz’s political mumbo-jumbo into human english. I know, I know, he should be doing that by himself but… he is a politician. Like, since high school. And an attorney. Politicians and attorneys are not like normal humans.
